KEEP THE KINKS OUT

Keep the Kinks Out Out of your central vacuum hose, that is.  Designed for flexibility and lightweight convenience, the hoses of your central vacuum system are built for years of use. They’ll stay kink free with just a little TLC when it comes to storing them when not in use.

After you disconnect the hose from the outlet, take up a section of hose the width of your extended arms and make a loop. Repeat four or five times, then place the looped hose on a hose hanger. Hose hangers are one of those inexpensive and indispensable accessories that take five minutes to install and forever save you the unnecessary annoyance of wrangling with an appliance you’ve actually come to love.
